- Medium Pan:Fits neatly inside (two ways) Ooni Karu 16, Ooni Koda 16, Ooni Koda 2 Max as well as domestic ovens. Large Pan:Compatible with Ooni Koda 2 Max and domestic ovens only.
- Note: Ooni Roasting Pans are not compatible with 12″ Ooni pizza ovens.
Care
- Roasting Pan & Reversible Grill Rack: Wash with warm, soapy water before first use.
- Wooden Carving Board: Clean with a damp cloth (water only). Dry completely before storing.
