Melting Bulk Beeswax
- If using a double boiler, fill an inch or two of water in the bottom boiler and place wax in the top boiler. Melt over medium/low to medium setting. The lower the setting, the less the wax will be affected or altered by the heat.
- If using a slow cooker, set to low/medium heat and place wax into the bottom of the slow cooker. The lower the setting, the less the wax will be affected or altered by the heat.
- The melting point of beeswax is approximately 145 degrees F
